PHOTO RECOVERY: Once your photos are ready, you will receive an email notification. You can then download them directly from your "My Orders" area. The photos will be available in high resolution digital format within 3 days of the event.

NOTE: This pack guarantees a minimum of 5 photos per athlete (course and finish line included). Once your bib number is registered, the pack becomes personal and non-transferable. If you identify photos of yourself in the "unidentified" gallery, please contact sac@fotop.com within 7 days with the code of the photos concerned so that we can update your order.

Cancellation policy: Any cancellation request must be sent to sac@fotop.com no later than 3 days before the event. After this period, no cancellations will be accepted. If the minimum quota of 5 photos is not reached, you have 30 days after the event to request a refund. Refunds are processed within 30 days using the original payment method.
